Influencer Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Tufee-Partner Influencer Program allows approved influencers to earn commissions by referring new customers to our school management platform. Currently, our platform primarily serves users in India, and we are focused on expanding our presence in the Indian education sector.

By participating in this program, you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.

2. Eligibility & Application

To participate in the program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Complete the application form with accurate information
• Receive approval from our team (applications are reviewed within 2-3 business days)
• Have an audience relevant to education, school administration, or related fields

We reserve the right to reject applications or terminate participation at our discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Approved influencers earn 25% commission on all paid subscriptions made using their unique coupon code.

Commissions are calculated based on the payment amount, excluding taxes and fees.

For all subscription plans, influencers earn recurring commissions on every payment made by their referred customers.

4. Commission Eligibility

Geographic Scope: Currently, commissions are only applicable for subscriptions from users located in India. This includes:

• Schools and educational institutions registered in India
• Individual users with Indian billing addresses
• Organizations operating within India

Future Expansion: While we primarily focus on the Indian market, we may expand our commission program to other countries in the future based on our user base growth. Any such expansion will be announced with at least 30 days' notice.

Verification: We verify the location of referred users through their billing information and IP addresses to ensure commission eligibility.

5. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule: All commissions earned in a month are paid on the 15th of the following month.

Minimum Threshold: A minimum of ₹500 in available commissions is required for payout. If your balance is below ₹500, it will roll over to the next payment cycle.

Payment Methods: Payments are made via Stripe or PayPal. You must provide valid payment information to receive commissions.

Weekend/Holiday Payments: If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, payments will be processed on the next business day.

6. Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• Using your own coupon code to make purchases
• Creating multiple accounts to generate commissions
• Using misleading or deceptive marketing practices
• Attempting to manipulate the tracking system

We employ various fraud detection measures, including IP tracking and payment method verification.

7. Program Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify these terms, commission rates, or any aspect of the program at any time with 30 days' notice.

Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time. Upon termination, any pending commissions will be paid according to the regular schedule.
